Installation of a complete assembly line and end-of-line test for SUN cartridges
Lapping process machine
Installation of a new fully automated lapping machine for the internal diameter of valve sleeves
Nem Metrology Room
- Creation of a confined temperature controlled room for quality testing
- Installation of a new 3D measuring machine
Factory re-layout
NEM becomes the centre of excellence for SUN and Common cavity cartridges, parts-in-body and directional control valve in the EMEA Region, focusing on manifold CNC machining, and valve assembly and end-of-line testing
